Hello!
My name is Narges and I am a second-year Architectural Technologies student at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, SAIT. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a master’s degree in pure Mathematics.During my master studies, I got involved in construction industry through a part time job in a design & construction company as an estimator, designer and drafter.
Since then, I have always been thinking about using my mathematical & programming background in design of structures and inevitably BIM.
I started A.T. program at SAIT in Jan 2018 and I have become familiar with Canadian building codes, construction materials, construction stages, etc. and I am hoping to expand my knowledge on BIM.

I have 7 years of drafting & estimating experience in construction industry. In addition to that, I was math, geometry and statistics teacher for almost 8 years.
I consider myself a responsible, dedicated, helpful, creative, self-developed and organized person. I enjoy meeting new people, exploring new places & adventuring, reading, hiking, swimming and taking photos.
